At Caking Mad we cater for all types of special occasions:

- Kids or adult birthday parties 

- Hens parties 

- Baby showers

- Corporate groups

- OHSC groups

General Kids Birthday Party Information

  • Cupcake decorating parties run for a total of 2.5 to 3 hours and are suitable for ages 5+.

  • Party booking times are subject to availability, please enquire as early as possible to secure your preferred date. 

  • The party classroom can hold a maximum 12 guests. There is a minimum of 6 guests required. 

  • In a cupcake decorating party you will decorate 6 cupcakes in a theme of your choice. 

  • We provide all of the cake decorating equipment and aprons, plus you don't have to worry about the clean up! 

  • We also provide a box to take home and show off their cupcakes. This way you don't need to worry about creating party bags/gifts for the guests. They make their own!

  • Please bring your own balloons or other party decorations if you desire. 

  • There is time to sing happy birthday and enjoy the birthday cake. 

  • You can use our fridges and ovens to store and heat party food that you supply (if desired).

Pricing

  • Kids parties start at $350 for 6 children, each additional child is $45. [Please note: parties on a Sunday incur a $150 surcharge]

  • Please enquire for adult pricing. 

  • A birthday cake can be arranged for your event for an additional fee. 

  • The party classroom can be hired for a longer period of time if desired. Please enquire.

Please Note: Depending on the age of the participants we may need you to provide some helpers and/or guardians so that we can keep an eye on the everyone. We recommend if they are between 10 and 16 yrs of age we would need 1 or 2 parents per group, however if they are under 10 years old we ask for one parent per 3 to 5 kids.

Other booking information: 

Final booking numbers need to be confirmed 3 days prior to your event. We are not able to issue refunds after the event due to participants not turning up on the day. 
We require a $200 deposit to secure the date and time for a booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks out from the booking date. 

The final balance is due on the day of the party.
